Why do I have teeth dreams??

Generally people have 1 of 4 types of recurring dreams...

1-Running/Being chased
2-Flying
3-Falling
4-Teeth falling out

If you have 1 type you generally dont have the other 3 though thats not always the case, everyone is different of course.  Ive never had any of the first 3....I dream about teeth...not alot, Ive had maybe 12 dreams total since I was 18 but Ive had two in the past month...and that I find weird.

Last nights I dreamt I pulled my tooth out and it was filled with holes...is my subscious telling me to go to the dentist??  I dont anaylize dreams cuz honestly Ive never found a great dream interpretation that I liked.  Too many theories, too many explanations. 

I will say that I lean more to Edgar Cayce's theory on dreams then say Freud or Jung's but again I really want to know why out of the 4 main ones, I got teeth....Id rather be flying, course I wouldnt want to be falling or being chased, but teeth is just weird.  I remember the first time I had one I was in college.  I woke up and I was like...holy shit, I have teeth dreams!  At that point I wanted to call my highschool Pysch teacher and tell her XD

Oh well atleast I dream of anime once in a while

here its believed that when ever u dream about your teeth falling bad thing happens or some one dies
my sis had a dream about her teeth falling and my mom died >O .

Ive heard that theory alot, but I cant really tag any teeth dream Ive had to anything bad happening. Mostly cuz I probably dont have them that often.

the last week, ive had a dream every night
see yu dream every single night, even you do yami, you just dont remember them when you wake up, i write them down when i wake up, & ive had 2 in that list, ive been chased my the mob once, that i chased some people, in fact i chased a car in a helicopter a few nights back XD, ive flew in my dreams once & only once.

Im horrible at remembering dreams. Usually the only time I do is the time right before I wake up in the monring...which doesnt make alot of sense, considering most ppl dream in R.E.M sleep but again, everyone is different.
I remember you telling me about the flying one once.

Really? I guess I'm different because I've had dreams about all 4 things. My chases usually happen in a school setting for some odd reason O_o .

Like I said everyone is different. Ive only ever had teeth dreams when it comes to those 4. Test dreams and naked dreams the the next most common. I dot have test dreams but I dream alot that I skip class, which is weird since I havent been in school for a long time.

I don't have a complete naked dream, it's more like I lost my shirt and that's all. But I do have dreams, more often than I like, of going to the bathroom where the toilet happens to sit in the middle of a public place, no walls, and people walking around me O_O .

I used to have water dreams a lot, where I am surrounded by water like stuck in the middle of the ocean or being submerged underwater. Those are scary sometimes. I was told that dreaming of water is good luck, if I remember correctly.

Dreaming about snakes is an omen of sickness. I haven't dreamt of snakes before.

lol! i had all four XD when i dream of being chased its like... waaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!! why can't i run any faster???? so instead, i jump from one place to another... its pretty weird... its like what ninjas do only like slow motion jumping or the type of jump the ancient chinese people do in movies XD and if not jumping, i fly... lmao! when i dream of falling, i always end up jumping on the bed... lol XD and about teeth, i actually dreamt once that i lost all of them x_X d@mn! i was really scared!!!! when i woke up, the first thing i did was check my teeth rofl! XD my mom said it symbolizes death x_X ack! -_-

Yeah when I first stared having teeth dreams I looked up what it meant and death is a commom theme but nothing like that has ever happened to me when I have teeth dreams so again...thats why I dont like dream interpretation.

Just so you know. XD I must admit I think Edgar Cayce is pretty iffy too, but that's just personal opinion; we all know that we know pretty much nothing about dreams. My favourite theory is that the brain sorts information to see what to remember and what to thow out while you're asleep, and the images pop up while you're sorting it and then your brain comes up with a story to connect the random images. It WOULD go well with the fac t that sleeping after studying- particularly long enough to reach REM- exponentially increases your performance on a test. But that has no more support than the rest. Also it fails to explain prophetic dreams, which, alas, I can't dismiss as BS since I've had my fair share.

I think I've only had the first three--either 1/3 or 2/3 combo. Either way ends with me falling and waking up. I've never had a tooth one as far as I remember though...
